Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics space, has completed leasing transactions totalling c.1 million sq ft in the first quarter of 2025, including significant deals for a combined c.140,000 sq ft at Indurent Park Chippenham and Indurent Park Derby, in a sign of strong demand for modern industrial workspace.<\/p>\n

A total of 195 transactions were completed in the period, including 75 signed in February alone which represents a record month since the company launched in July 2024.<\/p>\n

Over the three-month period, more than three quarters (76%) of the transactions were new leases and renewals, with the remainder comprising rent reviews. The majority (86%) of leases were for urban multi-let industrial units sub 10,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n

In one of the most notable deals of the quarter, Herman Miller, a leading interiors and furniture designer, agreed terms to occupy a 110,000 sq ft unit at Indurent Park Chippenham on a build-to-suit basis. The new unit will be completed in early 2026. Meanwhile at Indurent Park Derby, Sinoboom, a plant and machinery company based in the Netherlands, has signed a lease for a 27,600 sq ft unit.<\/p>\n

Indurent\u2019s market-leading, tech-enabled operating platform, Hive, leasing and occupancy data relating to more than 2,000 businesses to be tracked and analysed dynamically. Enquiry data tracking also suggests robust leasing performance will continue in the coming months, with Indurent reporting a monthly average of 705 leasing enquiries in Q1 2025 versus a 2024 monthly average of 542.<\/p>\n\n <\/span>\n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
