The deal will see Mapei take c.267,000 sq ft at Indurent\u2019s Titan 10 facility in Bilston, Wolverhampton.<\/p>\n<p>The move enables Mapei \u2013 which has been present in the Midlands for over 25 years &#8211; to consolidate its distribution and warehouse facilities under one roof, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction caps a strong Q4 for Indurent in the Midlands, with new leases totalling over 520,000 sq ft. Highlights include agreements with Soudal Group and DPD at Indurent Park Tamworth, and a new 88,000 sq ft letting to Lapland Productions \u2013 creators of LaplandUK, the popular immersive Christmas experience \u2013 at Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon.
