In addition, Vision Vehicles has signed a pre-let for 28,000 sq ft at Unit 30, scheduled for completion in February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>These agreements mark a key milestone for the development, with more than 330,000 sq ft reaching practical completion in the past month. The wider scheme is expected to deliver a significant economic boost, creating up to 642 jobs across logistics (B8) and hybrid manufacturing (B2\/B8) uses.<\/p>\n<p>Access 18 offers energy-efficient, Grade A industrial accommodation, incorporating roof-mounted PV arrays, EV charging points and high-quality office space across all units.
