Indurent completes trio of South East lettings, reaching full occupancy across three assets

Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, has completed three lettings across its South East portfolio, bringing all three assets to full occupancy.

At Indurent Park Purfleet in Essex, Indurent has agreed a new 10-year lease with Arcese, an Italian logistics business, for a c.51,000 sq ft unit. The deal was agreed as a pre-let ahead of practical completion following a comprehensive refurbishment, reflecting strong occupier demand for well-specified space with connectivity to London.

Edmonton Industrial Park in north London is now fully let. This follows three leases totalling c.60,000 sq ft completed over the past twelve months, including a new 10-year lease with Redo Print and Design. The 158,000 sq ft estate offers rail connectivity to Liverpool Street and access to the Victoria line via Tottenham Hale.

Indurent has also agreed a new five-year lease with InPost, Europe’s leading automated parcel machine (APM) service provider, for a c.12,000 sq ft unit at Maxted Court in Hemel Hempstead, bringing the c.121,000 sq ft estate to full occupancy within six months of practical completion following refurbishment. The park benefits from direct rail services to London Euston from Hemel Hempstead station.

“These three lettings reflect the breadth of demand we are seeing, from international logistics operators to fast-growing domestic businesses. By investing in refurbishment and active asset management, we are well placed to meet occupiers’ growing demand for high-quality, well- connected space.”
