The M5 provides access to the wider Midlands region via the M6, M40 and M42 motorway networks, as well as connecting to the South West of England and South Wales through the M4 and M50 key arterial routes.
The third and final phase of speculative development completed in Q3 2024. This phase saw the delivery of 72,000 sq ft of high quality industrial and logistics accommodation through 2 Mid-box units ranging from 31,885 – 40,199 sq ft. Unit 6 is now let leaving just Unit 7 which is available for immediate occupation. Total delivery on the estate amasses to 224,000 sq ft across five Mid-box units.
