Indurent, a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space acrossthe UK, has signed a new five-year lease with DPD, a leading parcel delivery firm, forc.120,000 sq ft of best-in-class logistics space at Indurent Park Tamworth in Warwickshire.

The move forms part of DPD’s ongoing expansion across the Midlands, supporting its continued investment in operational capacity and last-mile logistics infrastructure.

The unit, T119, spans 119,372 sq ft and is a high-specification, modern logistics facility designed to the highest sustainability standards, achieving EPC A and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings. The unit also has EV charging bays, 60kWp rooftop solar PV, and a 750 kVA power supply, ensuring the building meets DPD’s operational and sustainability needs.

Located immediately off Junction 10 of the M42, Indurent Park Tamworth is strategically positioned to provide exceptional access to the Midlands motorway network. It also benefits from being within five minutes of Birmingham Intermodal freight terminal, operated by the UK’s foremost multimodal transport and container handling specialists, Maritime.

This latest deal means Indurent Park Tamworth is now fully let, underscoring strong occupier demand for prime, high-quality logistics space in the area and the limited availability of modern facilities within the regional market.

“DPD’s decision to expand its Midlands operations at Indurent Park Tamworth is a strong endorsement of both the region’s strategic importance and the quality of our development. Tamworth continues to prove itself as a key national distribution hub, and this letting reflects the resilience of the Midlands logistics market, which remains buoyant.”
