Dealicious Mealz at Heywood Distribution Park marks hat-trick of major lettings for Indurent

Indurent, a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, has signed a new 10-year lease with Dealicious Mealz for 108,258 sq ft of high-quality refurbished logistics space at Heywood Distribution Park, near Manchester.

This letting marks Indurent’s third major agreement in just a matter of weeks, following the relocation and upsize of Regency Glass to a 420,000 sq ft unit at Indurent 420, Omega West, and DPD’s commitment to a c.120,000 sq ft unit at Indurent Park Tamworth. Together, these deals total more than 650,000 sq ft of prime logistics space.

The agreements reflect a clear resurgence in occupier demand for well-located, high-quality big box assets in the second half of the year. Supporting this trend, DTRE’s Big Box Logistics Report for Q3 2025 highlights that, despite ongoing macroeconomic concerns, take-up rose 28% quarter on quarter, reaching its second-highest quarterly total in the past two years. Year-to-date activity now stands 9% above the same period last year, signalling renewed confidence and momentum in the sector.

The move marks a significant step in Dealicious Mealz’s ongoing expansion, as the company continues to grow its supply chain operations with major supermarket brands. Unit M2 provides best-in-class features, including a 100kWp rooftop solar PV array as well as EV car charging facilities.

Heywood Distribution Park is strategically located, providing a strong platform for national and regional logistics operations. The site has excellent national motorway connectivity to Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, and the wider Northwest. The estate also places 20 million people within a two-hour drive and every major population centre from London to Edinburgh within four hours.

“The UK big box market is regaining momentum after a softer start to the year, and we’re seeing this strong appetite first-hand, securing three major leases in recent weeks. The agreements, with DPD, Regency Glass, and now Dealicious Mealz, span a diverse range of sectors and reflect the growing need for high-quality space as businesses scale to meet rising demand. It’s a clear signal of renewed confidence in the sector, and a testament to the strength of Indurent’s portfolio.”
