Indurent expands portfolio with acquisition of three new development sites

Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of warehouse space across the UK, has acquired a portfolio of prime UK development sites from industrial and logistics developers Cilldara Group and Graftongate, totalling 471,000 sq ft of Grade A industrial space.

The forward-funded portfolio will be developed and delivered by Graftongate in phases between October 2026 and May 2027, and comprises:

  • Walsall, West Midlands – 90,000 sq ft single unit. Completion expected autumn 2026.
  • Knowsley, Merseyside – 199,000 sq ft single unit. Completion expected Q1 2027.
  • Byfleet, London – 182,000 sq ft across 12 units. Completion expected summer 2027.

All units will be built to the highest environmental standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+, incorporating advanced sustainability features and operational flexibility and further strengthening Indurent’s position as a market leader in sustainable logistics development.
