Indurent secures flagship deal with Mapei UK at Titan 10, Bilston
Indurent, a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, has signed a new seven-year lease with Mapei UK Ltd, a major supplier of sealants, adhesives and chemical products to the UK’s building industry. The deal will see Mapei take c.267,000 sq ft at Indurent’s Titan 10 facility in Bilston, Wolverhampton.
The move enables Mapei – which has been present in the Midlands for over 25 years – to consolidate its distribution and warehouse facilities under one roof, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
This transaction caps a strong Q4 for Indurent in the Midlands, with new leases totalling over 520,000 sq ft. Highlights include agreements with Soudal Group and DPD at Indurent Park Tamworth, and a new 88,000 sq ft letting to Lapland Productions – creators of LaplandUK, the popular immersive Christmas experience – at Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon. These deals highlight the continued vibrancy and resilience of the Midlands market, driven by strong demand for high-quality, sustainable and well located modern industrial space.
