Responsible operating practices & partnerships

As a responsible and ethical company, we believe that our supply chain relationships are crucial to our operations and business delivery. We understand that we can only fulfil our approach to responsible business obligations by working collaboratively with our supply chain to embed responsible operating practices and deliver to our Supply Chain Charter requirements.

Having the right operating practices ensures that we take a responsible approach to business. Working and aligning our values with our supply chain and partners creates quality and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Education and our impact

We can make a significant impact on the wider world through the activities we carry out and the supply chain we use. This gives us the opportunity to positively impact working practices through delivery, from payment terms and job creation through to education and our impact on the natural environment.

Our sustainability report covers Industrial REIT’s activities from March – December 2023. Indurent’s first sustainability report, covering our 2024 activities, is scheduled to be published in Q2 2025.
