Indurent delivers 26 completions in 2026 so far, as Chippenham development completes
Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, has completed the final four speculative units at Indurent Park Chippenham, marking the completion of the main site development.
Located just off Junction 17 of the M4, the units range in size from c.24,000 sq ft to c.83,000 sq ft, with one of the four already under offer. A further two units at the park, both c.100,000 sq ft, are also under offer, underlining sustained occupier demand across the scheme.
Chippenham is the third Indurent scheme to reach a significant milestone this year, following the completions of Indurent Park Gloucester in March and T45 in Leeds in July. At Gloucester, the final phase delivered 235,000 sq ft across 12 multi-let industrial (MLI) units ranging from c.6,000 sq ft to c.58,000 sq ft, taking the total delivered across six phases to c.1 million sq ft. Indurent has recently agreed a new 10-year lease with Evri, for Unit 12, the largest unit in the phase at c.58,000 sq ft. The scheme is now established as a key hub for industrial and logistics activity in the South West.
At T45, three miles from Leeds city centre, Indurent has brought forward a 23-unit scheme offering space from 4,500 sq ft to 33,000 sq ft. The first occupier is already in place, with Chinese e-commerce company JD.com agreeing a five-year lease on Unit 14, comprising c.14,000 sq ft, to support its continued UK expansion.
Occupiers across all three schemes benefit from space designed to high sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings with solar PV and EV charging infrastructure. The Gloucester completion also marks the launch of Smart Space, a new Indurent standard that equips occupiers with essential upgrades from day one.
Indurent has practically completed c.900,000 sq ft of new space so far in 2026, with a further c.2 million sq ft due to complete by year end, at a time when the supply of high-quality space remains constrained.
