You can expect to run approximately 50 km over two days. How this distance is divided will be agreed within your team based on everyone’s preferences and abilities.
How long will I need to run for?
Do I have to be there for 2 days?
Yes. You’ll need to attend from Wednesday evening and stay until your team crosses the finish line on Friday.

Yes. We’ve provided a full kit list on the website. Please read through it carefully before the event.
How do the logistics work/what does it look like?
Your team will decide the most suitable handover points for each leg of the run. We’ll provide guidelines to help you plan, but this will vary depending on your chosen distances and pacing!
How does the event work at night?
From sunset to sunrise, all runners must run in pairs and stay together at all times for safety.
Will we be able to track other teams?
Each team will be given a GPS tracker that can be viewed online. You can also share your team’s tracking link with friends, family, and colleagues so they can follow your progress!
What happens if the Thames Path is closed?
It’s important to check for any Thames Path closures in advance. If a section is closed, your team will need to plan and follow an alternative route.
What do I need to commit to days wise?
You’ll need to be available from 18:00 on Wednesday 17 June and can expect to finish between 14:00 – 15:00 on Friday 19 June.
How much do I need to fundraise?
We ask each team to raise a minimum of £5,000.
