The estate benefits from excellent transport connectivity, with close access to the A10, which provides a direct route to Junction 25 of the M25, around 7–8 miles to the south. The A414 lies to the north, offering eastward links to the M11 and westward connections toward the A1(M) and M1.

The estate comprises a mix of industrial and warehouse units, accommodating a range of B1(c), B2 and B8 uses. Buildings are generally of portal‑frame construction and provide functional layouts with servicing access, warehouse space supported by integral or ancillary offices, and allocated on‑site car parking, suitable for a variety of industrial, storage and distribution occupiers.

Located within a well‑established commercial area close to Hoddesdon town centre, New England Industrial Estate also benefits from nearby rail services at Rye House and Broxbourne, offering direct connections to London Liverpool Street. Its strategic position and strong transport links make it a highly accessible industrial location within the South East.
