Planning and development timeline
The journey of Indurent Park Tamworth is a strong example of how we proactively bring sites through planning and into operation, even when they fall outside of allocated land frameworks.
When we entered into a Development Agreement with the landowner in 2013, the site was still in agricultural use and not designated for development. But with a clear strategy and evidence-based insight into regional employment land needs, we moved quickly. Within just eight years, we had secured planning, delivered the full development in three phases, and fully let the park.
Our success was built on a bold, well-researched planning approach. Although the initial application was refused, our appeal succeeded, unlocking the site’s potential.
