Indurent Park Gloucester is excellently connected to the national motorway network, being situated directly off the M5 motorway at Junction 12. The M5 provides direct links to Bristol and M4 motorway to the south, Birmingham and M6 to the north and Swindon and the M4 to the east via Junction 11A and the A417/9. Additionally, the A38 (1.5 miles) provides dual carriageway access to the Gloucester Ring Road and the South West Bypass.

Phase six of the development is currently under construction and is expected to complete in Q4 2025. This phase will see the delivery of 234,000 sq ft of high quality industrial and logistics accommodation through a mix of 12 individual Multi-let Industrial (MLI) and Mid-box units ranging from 5,829 – 57,436 sq ft. Completion of the phase will bring total delivery on the estate to 943,000 sq ft across a range of unit sizes.
